A few devotees of Sri Guruvayoorappa used assemble in Bahrain in the residence of Sri Peringara Kesavan Namboothiri to conduct satsangs with Bhajans and discourses/discussions on important scriptures like, Srimat Naryaneeeyam, Bhagavat Geeta, Soundarya Lahari etc. This practice continued for years together. Such noble gatherings helped the devotees to develop a strong team spirit in their minds which laid the foundation to think of  forming an organisation with a clear objective to undertake some charitable activities and to spread a general awareness of spirituality amongst the masses. This remained as an idea in the minds of the devotees for some time.

   In the meantime, Sri Namboothiri left Bahrain to settle down in India to continue his activities in the spiritual field and decided to put the idea of forming an organisation into reality with the cooperation and support of Guruvayoorappa devotees who were active in our regular satsangs in Bahrain. Thus by the Grace of Lord Guruvayoorappa, Narayanyeeya Samsthuthi Trust came into existence in the year 2000 (13.07.2000) under the able leadership and guidance of Brahmasree Peringara Kesavan Namboothiri who, for all practical reasons, is the founder of this Trust.
